Refund Policy — Digital Products. Tokyo Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly at checkout. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 m). For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered — with one exception we hold ourselves to: our 10-hour guarantee. If this guide doesn't save you at least 10 hours of planning, contact {SUPPORT_EMAIL} within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We're not interested in keeping money we didn't earn.
